Mail order Warranty Terms:
Warranties
All product sold by our company are
warranted against any defects in materials and / or manufacture
in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. The product will be repaired or the parts of the products
will be replaced free of charge within 30 days from the
date of invoice / shipping date if the product is defective
according to the judgment of Success-HK.com's technician.
2. This warranty covers only 6 months free labor after the
date of invoice/shipping date.
3. Defect or damage of the product caused by accident, negligence,
misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair
or alteration will not be covered by this warranty.
4. The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts
does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
5. For repair, please send the defective product to our
office with a copy of your shipping receipt or receipt from
Shipper. The replacement of parts and shipping cost ( onward
/return ) will be chargeable to owner.
6. Success-HK does not manufacture most of the sold item
(s), but in fact sources them from various suppliers and
manufacturers for your convenience and cost-effectiveness.
Therefore, Success-HK does not make representations of any
kind in relation to the item (s).
Return and Exchange Policies
Success-HK regrets to inform the customers
that Success-HK does not allow any return or exchange once
the item (s) have been deemed to be delivered to you due
to the nature of the item (s) sold on the website.
If Success-HK makes an error and ships the wrong product,
Success-HK will replace it with the correct item if the
product is in its original packaging, which means that the
product must be unopened. The customers is responsible
for shipping costs of all returns. Software returns are
unaccepted. Defective software may be returned for exchange
with the same product only. The products must be returned
in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals
included.
Refund Policies
If the correct item is temporarily out
of stock, Success-HK will fill the order when the item returns
to stock. If Success-HK cannot fill the order at any time,
a store credit or refund will be authorized at the customers
request.

Local ( Hong Kong ) Warranty Terms:
