Can I call you?
Our business strategy on this website is to provide customer service
over the Internet. That currently exists using e-mail; however,
we are hard at work developing web text chat and web live chat
alternatives. As soon as they are ready we will let everyone know.
Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday 10 AM to
7PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 2PM. We are able to respond
to 90% of requests within one business day and we are improving
our internal processes so that we can offer something even better
than that very soon.
