 Alright the long awaited for tv adaptor. This specific one is made by blaze. It is actually affordable unlike the others. Now the great thing about this one is the fact that you don't have to take your psp apart in any way. It also does not void your warranty, and you do not have to upgrade or downgrade your firmware at all. It clips on the front and hooks into the AC adapter plug and the headphone plug. Then the actual ac adapter cord plugs into the unit and you have power. Now the actual unit uses a camera and a mirror that sees the picture and converts it so it can be seen on the tv.
Now I have watched a couple of movies and played quite a few games with this unit so far. I do have to say that there is some picture quality loss. I used this on 2 different types of tv's to see if there was any variation, and there was. The first TV was a 27 inch normal tv. This is where I got a little upset with the picture quality. It was still neat to be able to have it on the big screen. Now there are several adjustments to fine tune,you have brightness adjustment and a focus adjustment. Now when I used these I was able to get a better picture, still not the greatest, but still watchable. Now the second TV I used it on was actually a Samsung 17 inch flat screen LCD monitor with tv tuner. Now this was a little more impressive. I was able to fine tune the picture better for some reason. The fuzziness was not near as bad. I was able to play the game and be able to see it fine it is just kinda of like watching your local channels and they have a little bit of fuzz in them.
Conclusion: The unit itself is kinda of big and bulky. It doesn't add much weight at all to the unit. On games that you use all of your buttons like the L and the R it can be a little more difficult. But you really can't complain though for only being like $35.
